I bask myself in heaps of tahu and tempe bacem, which is tofu and fermented soy beans. I love them so much that I almost ate them everyday.

Adding to it is urap, which is grated coconut dressing. You can eat this with steamed vegetables, kangkong, long beans, bean sprouts or carrots.

I went out with my friend and she had bought one of our favourite snacks during Junior High, the one we’d eat during classes secretly. It is spicy and super crunchy, although there is a lot of salt and our mums warned us that it could make your hair thinner or you can become more stupid.

Bihun & Daging
The bihun and daging was still as delicious as how I had remembered it to be. The bean sprouts were crunchy and salty since they were dipped in soy sauce. The wan-sui leaf, which is very popular in Chinese dishes, blended in with the taste and made it more scrumptious.
